Heroes, Legends, & Greats of the Football League is a smashing poster series by talented Canadian designer and illustrator Jon Rogers (previously: Famous Footballers Posters).
The series focuses on clubs from the top divisions of English Football – well as a number conference and now defunct clubs – and although they may not be on the level of Serie A (or Serie B), one can’t help but sit back and appreciate the beauty and scale of this project. The retro backgrounds and old, antique feel throughout is just a pure joy and some fantastic poster design.
