Parma and manufacturer Errea have revealed a new special-edition kit celebrating the foundation of the club on 16 December 1913. Parma will debut the kit in their next Serie A match at the Stadio Ennio Tardini on Sunday 22nd December against Brescia. The kit takes inspiration from AC Parmense. In the 1969/1970 season, AC Parmense inherited the title of the city’s first football team and turned into Parma AC.
The kit which has been made in collaboration with Erreà is a reproduction of the most iconic and well-remembered kit from the history of AC Parmense. The white is broken up by a yellow and blue band that circles around the chest. The Parma Calcio badge is replaced by the historic one of AC Parmense. On the side are the numbers ranging from 1 to 400 to confirm the authenticity of these limited edition items.
On shop.parmacalcio1913.com, the limited edition and numbered shirts will go on sale today and they’ll be presented in a special box featuring graphics and photos of the historic side.
